"This is amazing! I was a 30 year smoker and had tried to quit at least a
dozen times. It was easy and I didn't experience the typical withdrawal
symptoms. I felt happy and didn't experience an increase in appetite or
weight gain. I don't know how it works, but it does. If you've tried
everything and you're still smoking, try this if you really want to
quit" "My name is Kim Clark and I have smoked off and on (mostly on) for 31
years. Very
rarely did I go over a pack a day and I have always been physically
active. In
college I would run 7 miles 4 times a week and the first thing I did when
I got back
to my dorm room was light a cigarette. I loved to smoke.
Fast forward to being married (quit for that for years and then started
having cigs
here and there) and then having 2 children (quit for that for a few years)
I found
myself smoking again. The kids were young - they wouldn't know or
remember. THEN one
day I got caught by my 6 year old. The expression on her face just killed
me. I quit
again. Time passed and I started again. My youngest was relentless!!
Schools do an
excellent job educating 5th graders to all the dangers of everything that
is a drug.
She came home and said "Mommy you are killing me with 2nd hand smoke". She
really
had never 'seen' me smoke much less breathed it. I explained everything to
her and
that I would quit again but only when I was ready.
I spent ALOT of energy, and always did, in guilt! LOTS of guilt. Being
outside when
my kids went to bed and praying they didn't come downstairs to smell the
stench of
my cigarettes. At work, being isolated outside 'to get my fix'. Then my new
boyfriend told me his Mother died of lung cancer. I just had reached the
end of
feeling the benefit (whatever that was) did not exceed the guilt and shame of
smoking. How could I be a hypocrite to my girls?
One day I was on the Today Show's website and noticed the question "are
you a Mom
that smokes? Tell us about it". I wrote 2 sentences "I have smoked for
many years
and the guilt is controlling way too much of my brain especially because
of my
children". Two weeks later one of the producers called me. January 30th
2009 I was
on the Today Show with my two daughters, with 2 Dad's in the same boat,
stating I
was quitting smoking - today.
The show had informed we 3 parents that we each would quit by a different
method.
The other 2 commited to the show before me so the patch and Chantix were
already
taken. I had heard of Lazer, for the treatment of quitting smoking, but
knew nothing
about it. The staff of the Today Show researched it and found it in NJ,
just outside
of NY. I was taken, right after the show, for my lazer treatment.
Painless! Not a long treatment! And - most only need one treatment! It was
amazing
for me. It was though I felt I had never smoked before in the weeks after my
treatment.
The 3 of us were invited back to show in March. We all were still non
smokers and
unlike the other 2 methods - I had NO side effects! None. It seemed
effortless to me
and I could not have been happier.
I am still a non smoker. Yes, there have been times but like any treatment
you have
to have the commitment. We all want the 'magic pill' and look at how long
we have
struggled to quit. If it were easy we would have been successful or stayed
successful. I can't speak for anyone but myself. THIS TREATMENT WORKED FOR
ME. I
have tried all of the others. The biggest difference with this treatment
is the
knowledge it could be a 1 time thing, it had no side effects and it was
painless. I
won't go back. Maybe the fact that one of my dearest friends from Church
emailed me
that her husband has incurable lung cancer with maybe 6 months to live
will help my
commitment. I said on my Today Show taped piece, through tears, how could
I ever
look my family in the face to say I was dieing from something I could have
prevented? It would kill me . . . and them.
You owe it to yourself to do this! Bob will retreat you as many times as
you need.
You have nothing to lose - but your life - if you don't.
I wish you much success," Proves Laser Treatment Is The Best Way To Quit Smoking! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aT07e2lBnJg "Bob, Just a quick line to say "THANK YOU" for helping me quit the nasty. I believe it has been around a year now and even though the urge to smoke still pops up from time to time, it has been pretty easy to crush the want to, especially knowing I can come back for a treatment anytime I want to for the rest of my life. You have definitely help me regain control of my life and released me from the terrible lock that tobacco had on me. You provide a wonderful and great service for people that just simply need to reach out for help. It is a great feeling to have that heavy weight lifted off one's shoulders! For me, the main trigger is in the comfort of knowing I can come back at anytime and if I should happen to fail, well, you are there to help again! We have given your number to a friend of ours and I hope she follows with the treatment!" September 2008 I honestly wasn't expecting this to work, I had my hopes, but I wasn't entirely convinced. I am now! I went from smoking about a pack a day, for the past 15years, to nothing. I haven't had a single craving since leaving your office. At first I kept expecting to need one, but even that seems to have past. I love the fact that I can now run around with my son without wheezing. I love that my skin is looking more youthful, I love that my teeth are staying white and I do not have to keep bleaching them. I love that I no longer stink! I especially love whatever that laser does that keeps you from packing on the pounds after quitting. So far I haven't gained a single pound. And being a very vain woman, that was a huge concern going into this. I am currently trying to talk everyone I know into trying this, especially my husband, because now that I am a non-smoker, I really think he stinks! Thanks for everything.- Joyce Stafford, VA Oct, 2008 Bob,I am still in awe over just how easy it actually was this time since I was having such a tough time of it. I just could not stop on my own the last time.I truly believe this is a great service that you provide and if my testimony helps just even one person, that would mean you have extended your helping hands a little further.
